Guide and tips on how to take proper care of your jewelry so they can last a long beautiful life. 

 

Materials

We work with 2 materials : Stainless Steel & DQ Metal.

Stainless steal 

- Anti-allergy

- Does not change color

- Should last many years because of it's strong quality

 

DQ Metal (Designer Quality)

- DQ is a high European quality

- Nikkel free

- The metal is plated with silver and gold, it is similar to gold plated

- Unlike stainless steel, DQ can change color depending on the PH of your skin. It is different for every person how it reacts to your skin. 

 

Maintenance 

- Don't shower or go under water with the jewelry. It is not only bad for the gold parts but also for the shine of the pearls/beads/... Same goes for sporting. Sweat can adjust the quality and color of it. 

- Make sure not to spray parfum, hairspray or body lotion or oil on the jewelry. It can affect the color and quality as well. 

- Don't sleep with the jewelry because your body creates natural oils that can also affect the color and quality. It could get stuck and break of give a crack in the wire for it to easily break. 

 

Repairing 

 

All our jewelery is handmade. It could have some imperfections but we strive to give the best quality possible. 

If it happens that your jewelry piece breaks after just receiving it and only a few wears, please leave us a message and we will repair it for free. If it is broken due to wear and tear, a small fee will be calculated.

Items that have damage due to not treating them correctly or bad maintenance will not be made for free. Please read above guidelines carefully to enjoy your pretty jewelery for a long time.
